Good News provides comprehensive religious programming for your entire population. Both inmates and staff benefit from the full-time pastoral presence of a chaplain in your jail.

Prompt Crisis Intervention: In moments of crisis, our chaplains are trained to readily assist with challenging situations and crisis moments.

Healthy Spiritual Environment: We work together with other clergy, volunteers, and staff to help generate a positive and safe environment. A jail becomes a sanctuary of hope and transformation when chaplains can do what God has called them to do.

Our Process
Administrators interested in learning more about placing a Chaplain in their facility are invited to request a visit by Good News Global (by filling out the form below). Our leadership will consider several factors in the evaluation process including but not limited to, the commitment of the community and facility to support the effort through volunteering and funding. This assessment also includes an onsite analysis of the jail administration and the overall facility infrastructure and capacity. If approved by both parties, a specialized team from Good News will recruit, train, and install a new Chaplain on an agreed upon timeline.
